Your data and your account

We use your number to verify access through WhatsApp. Saved profiles and documents help prepare bookings for the travelers you choose.

Profiles and documents

Only add details for people who have authorized you. Use names exactly as they appear on travel documents. You can edit or delete profiles in your account. Documents are stored privately in AWS; downloads require a valid session and a temporary link.

Payments and conversations

Payments are pending activation. Do not send card numbers or CVC codes through WhatsApp. Review the amount, travelers and conditions before purchasing. The assistant uses artificial intelligence, and its voice may be generated by OpenAI.

Referrals and affiliates

If you continue through a referral link, we store a first-party referral cookie for 30 days and carry a code into WhatsApp. We associate an eligible referral with your account after verification. Affiliates see only their own aggregate counts and anonymous booking outcomes, never your conversations, contact information, travel details or documents. Referral-start records are retained for up to 13 months for reporting. Commission records remain subject to the financial retention policy to be finalized before launch.

Before launch

This is a product preview. The final privacy notice must identify the data controller and contact details, retention periods and how to exercise your rights. Until that notice is complete and services are activated, use only fictional test data.
